I accept all major credit cards and checks. I will bill after every session.

I am able to offer a few spots for folks with financial hardship who are unable to pay my full rate out of pocket, or do not have insurance coverage. If you’d like to be added to a waitlist, please fill out an interest form!

Though I am not a contracted provider with your insurance plan, many plans have “out-of-network” benefits to support the cost of therapy and will reimburse you a percentage of the cost.

In this case, you would pay my full fee at the time of our session, and I will provide you with a “superbil” (basically a formal receipt) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

There is also a service, Thrizer, that covers the initial cost for out of network billing (meaning you do not have to pay upfront) that I am happy to talk with you about if you are interested.

To learn more about your out-of-network benefits for therapy, here are some questions you may want to ask your insurance representative (usually the number on the back of your card).

I am happy to review and discuss what you learn as these things are intentionally confusing!

• Does my plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my out-of-network deductible? (And what is my policy period?)

• Is there a limit to the number of sessions my plan will cover per year, out-of-network?

• What is my co-insurance?

• Does my plan require pre-authorization for psychotherapy?

• How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?

I am a CLSS OHP provider for LGBTQIA+ clients. I currently can only accept “Open Card” for OHP clients.

It can be confusing to navigate which OHP plan you have, and which one providers accept, especially in the recent changes to Medicaid federally, and in Oregon. If you want to know more about your coverage:

Call 1-800-699-9075 for ONE Customer Service to apply or change your OHP (open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

When calling, it is always good to be prepared to be on hold for while, so break out that book, game or movie you’ve been loving!
