CONSULATION
For Organizations & Professionals
LET’S WORK TOGETHER
I love to share what I am excited about: from a weird fact about spider silks, to a great sale on yogurt, to a simple remedy for a common ailment. But nothing lights me up more then sharing about what deeply matters to me: individual and collective healing. I have worked across and within many systems related to social work, social justice, and psychotherapy. I have sat in many seats: bachelors level worker, case manager, psychotherapist, supervisor, team lead, family member, and client. I am naturally oriented to being a systems thinker, and deeply inspired by many teachers, but particularly adrienne maree brown’s work, Emergent Strategy, believing in the interconnectedness within each layer of this work.
I am passionate about supporting clinicians and organizations to deepen their work through trauma informed principals, implement structures that support individual and organizational wellness, and amplify their impact with greater compassion, clarity, and confidence.

I offer individual and group professional consultation for aligned, curious clinicians.

professional consultation group
Throughout my career I have worked to support families and caregivers to navigate intense and unpredictable changes in their lives. When a loved one is impacted by psychosis, institutionalization, and other complex or ambiguous loss, we can feel lost, afraid, or out of our depth. I am passionate about supporting caregivers with tools and education to help them effectively navigate challenging dynamics, understand and define their boundaries, and remain in right relationship with their loved ones.

caregiver consultation and support
It can be hard to see the water we are swimming in, and often an outside perspective can broaden our lens, so that we can more effectively navigate challenging or complex group and organizational dynamics. I love to support organizations to more fully embody their core values. I come with years of experience and expertise in organizational assessment, group processes, leadership mentorship and support, and restorative justice aligned conflict facilitation.

training
Let’s face it, a lot of training is dry, didactic, dull which unfortunately can become merely a “check in a box” waste of time and resources. Your organization deserves training that deepens their skill set and engages their curiosity and creativity through dynamic multi-learner based curriculum. I am deeply committed to facilitating trainings that mindfully attend to the individual, group and organizational culture of the room. The forest is its trees, and each tree shapes the forest. Holding these layers in mind, supports trainees to embody the content, creating a lasting impact. Past training topics include: Trauma Informed Care; Understanding and working with Psychosis; Restorative Justice; Team communication; Internal Family Systems; EMDR. Every training is collaborative by design and tailored to your organization's goals, culture, and context. Together, we'll determine the level of leadership involvement that best supports your team—from minimal coordination to active partnership throughout the planning, delivery, and follow-up process. Share your organization's goals, challenges, and vision, and let's create a dynamic, customized training experience that meets your team's unique needs. Request more information HERE.
“Look at the anatomy of trees as one of nature’s examples of successful organizing that realizes that our power is in our ability to both be fiercely centered and grounded but also infinitely reaching towards our unique sources of energy, light, and growth. Each tree’s elements are reliant on one another but totally unique in form and function. There is no competition or pressure to be the root or the trunk or the buds that bloom. Each tree is a universe, a master delegator, a puzzle and a puzzle piece. They have encouraged me to not worry so much about making everyone ‘feel important’ and to focus on how to create systems and support efforts where everyone is important and clear on how their work is unique, crucial and totally interconnected.”—Morgan Mann Willis
